<p style="text-align: left;"><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p> <ul style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; list-style-position: outside; padding-left: 20px;"> <li>Receive devices from customers and assess the reported issues, providing a clear explanation of the damage and estimated repair cost.</li> <li>Ensure that the customer has completed payment at the branch cashier before accepting the device for repair.</li> <li>Coordinate with the maintenance technicians by handing over devices and tracking the repair process until completion.</li> <li>Call customers once repairs are finished and return devices, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience.</li> <li>Collaborate with sales, technicians, and customers to maintain effective communication and service quality.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong><u>Requirements &amp; Qualifications:</u></strong></p> <ul style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; list-style-position: outside; padding-left: 20px;"> <li>Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.</li> <li>Simple technical understanding of electronic devices to accurately assess issues and communicate with technicians.</li> <li>Must be a graduate (any relevant field).</li> <li>Completed military service or officially exempt.</li> <li>Resident of Cairo or Giza and other governorates and able to commute to branch locations.</li> <li>Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li> <li>Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented personality.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: left;"> <strong>Working hours:</strong>9 hours including 1-hour break / Day off / Rotational shifts<br /> <strong>Location of work:</strong> Company branches across Cairo & Giza </p>
