<p style="text-align: left;"><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p> <ul style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; list-style-position: outside; padding-left: 20px;"> <li>Diagnose and repair a wide range of devices including mobile phones, tablets, smartwatches, and accessories.</li> <li>Perform hardware repairs such as screens, batteries, charging ports, speakers, and advanced board-level fixes.</li> <li>Handle software-related issues including system updates, data migration, troubleshooting, and device resets.</li> <li>Identify the root cause of technical problems and recommend the best repair solution.</li> <li>Test all devices before and after service to ensure they meet the company’s quality standards.</li> <li>Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, used parts, and device status on branch systems.</li> <li>Follow company policies for device handling, data privacy, and warranty procedures.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong><u>Requirements &amp; Qualifications:</u></strong></p> <ul style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; list-style-position: outside; padding-left: 20px;"> <li>Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in repairing smartphones, tablets, and other smart devices.</li> <li>Strong technical background in both hardware and software repairs.</li> <li>Must be a graduate (technical institutes or relevant majors accepted).</li> <li>Completed military service or officially exempt.</li> <li>Resident of Cairo or Giza with the ability to commute to branches.</li> <li>High attention to detail and strong troubleshooting abilities.</li> <li>• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining repair quality.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: left;"> <strong>Working hours:</strong>9 hours including 1-hour break / Day off <br /> <strong>Location of work:</strong> Company branches across Alf Maskan – Helwan - Shubra Elkhema Misr Elgedida - Bani suwayf – Hurghada – El Mansoura – Aswan</p>
