<p style="text-align: left;"><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong></p> <ul style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; list-style-position: outside; padding-left: 20px;"> <li>Regularly review and reconcile stock records between the system and physical inventory to identify discrepancies.</li> <li>Analyze stock levels to determine minimum and maximum quantities for each item, ensuring a balance between demand and supply.</li> <li>Prepare accurate reports on stock status, including shortages, surpluses, slow-moving items, and differences between inventory and system records.</li> <li>Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., Purchasing and Sales) to determine stock needs and maintain optimal inventory levels.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: left;"><strong><u>Requirements &amp; Qualifications:</u></strong></p> <ul style="text-align: left; direction: ltr; list-style-position: outside; padding-left: 20px;"> <li>Previous experience in stock control, inventory management, or finance-related roles.</li> <li>Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.</li> <li>Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.</li> <li>Must be a graduate (Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred).</li> <li>Completed military service or officially exempt.</li> <li>Resident of Cairo or Giza and able to commute to El Nozha HQ.</li> <li>Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align: left;"> <strong>Working hours:</strong>8:00 AM – 5:00 PM including 1-hour break / Friday off<br /> <strong>Location of work:</strong> New Nozha, Cairo</p>
