Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• Submit the original purchase invoice
• Can be return within 14 days from the date of purchase if the item is in its original condition
• Can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase if the item appears defective and there is a technical report from the agent regarding the defect.
• In the event of a defect in the product within 30 days, the product can be delivered to the agent through us, and the period specified for obtaining the report is up to the product agent.
• The goods must be in their original condition
• The refund method is the same as the payment method
• The customer can recover the value he actually paid as recorded and specified in the sales invoice
• The customer has the right to exchange the item for another with the same value shown on the invoice
