Refund & Cancellation Policy:



 Within 30 days from the date of purchase

  • Submit the original purchase invoice
  • It is possible to return within 14 days from the date of purchase if the item is in its original condition (sealed) and the product has not been opened.
  • The product must be in its original condition (no breakage, damage, scratches, etc.) and with all product accessories.
  • If a clear malfunction appears as a result of a manufacturing defect in the product within 30 days from the date of purchase, the device will be replaced based on the agent’s report of the defect, and it will be returned or replaced to the customer.
  • If a malfunction appears in the product within 30 days from the date of purchase, the product will be delivered to the agent through us, and the period specified for extracting the report is up to the product agent.
  • In the event of a refund for the product, the refund method will be the same as the payment method
  • The customer can recover the value he actually paid as recorded and specified in the sales invoice
  • The customer has the right to exchange the item for another with the same value shown on the invoice
