Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively approach and engage potential customers within the store to introduce and promote our products.
• Deliver impactful product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting unique features and benefits.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat sales.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
• Support the execution of promotional activities, in-store campaigns, and brand activations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Maximum age: 35 years.
• Completed or exempted military service (for male applicants).
• Proven sales experience: 1–2 years for entry-level roles.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for sales tracking and reporting.
• Retail experience preferred, especially in mobile phones, laptops, and consumer electronics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets.

Working hours: 9 hours including 1 hour break / Day off – Rotational Shifts
